For equestrian enthusiasts, Veselka Farms offers a state-of-the-art indoor arena and horse boarding services. Whether you’re training, competing, or simply enjoying time with your horse, our facilities provide the perfect setting.

Our evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, And Positive Psychology practices help you identify and change negative thought patterns, reduce stress, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.

Unlock your creativity and explore your inner world through art and mandala therapy. This innovative approach allows you to express yourself, process emotions, and find clarity in a safe, supportive environment.

Horses have a unique ability to mirror our emotions and provide unconditional support. Our equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions, led by Dr. Christine Charyton, help individuals navigate psychological and neurological challenges while building trust, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Animal-assisted therapy (AAT) integrates specially trained animals into therapeutic settings to provide comfort, support, and healing. Interactions with horses, dogs, cats, and other therapy animals have been shown to reduce anxiety, improve communication, and enhance emotional well-being. Equine-assisted therapy, for example, helps individuals build confidence and emotional resilience, while canine therapy can offer companionship and stress relief. Whether in a clinical setting, a farm environment, or even a rehabilitation center, animals serve as gentle, nonjudgmental partners in the journey toward healing and self-discovery.
